Apple Tapioca

4 c Peeled, sliced apples 1/2 c Brown sugar 3/4 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Instant tapioca Juice of 1 lemon 1 c Boiling water In medium bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca until evenly coated.
