Baked Applesauce

4 1/2 c Cooking apples; cut in 1" -cubes 3/4 c Water 3/4 c Apple juice 1/4 ts Nutmeg 1/4 Te cinnamon 1/2 ts Vanilla Wash, peel and core apples. Cut in 1 " cubes. Combine all ingredients. Place in a glass loaf dish (apple stay moist in a loaf pan) and pour juice mixture over the top. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 F preheated oven for 45 minute. Remove from oven and cool.
