Yield: 4 Servings
1 tb Finely chopped onion 3/4 c Raw rice 2 tb Butter 3 1/4 c Water Preheat oven to 350F. Saute onion & rice in butter. Add water. Transfer rice to baking dish & bake in preheated oven 20 min., covered.
