Barbecue Short Ribs

3 lb Short ribs 1 lg Chopped onion 1/4 c Vinegar 2 tb Sugar 1 c Ketchup 1/2 c Water 1 ts Mustard 1 ts Salt 3 tb Worcestershire Sauce In pan on stove put 2 T of oil, 1 chopped onion and ribs - brown. Transfer ribs and onions to oven proof pan. Mix remaining ingred. and add to pan. Cover and cook for 2 hrs. at 300. Add water if necessary
