Beets in Sour Cream
Yield: 4 Servings
16 oz Can beets, drained and diced 1 tb Cider vinegar 1/4 ts Each garlic salt and pepper 1/4 c Sour cream 1 ts Sugar Combine all ingredients in 1 qt glass casserole. Stir gently to mix. Microwave, covered, 3-5 minutes on High, or until heated through. Stir every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2-3 minutes before serving.
