Blueberry Muffins

1 3/4 c White wheat flour 3 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Granulated white sugar 1 Egg 1 c Milk 1/4 c Butter-melted -------------------------------TOSS TOGETHER------------------------------- 1 c Fresh blueberries 1/2 c Granulated white sugar 1/4 c White wheat flour Preheat the oven to 375F. Grease muffin tin. Mix flour, baking powder,salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add the egg, milk and butter, stirring only enough to dampen the flour; the batter should not be smooth. To add blueberries: mix together second measure of sugar and flour, sprinkle it over blueberries, toss gently and stir them into batter last.
