Chocolate Chip Cake

1 pk Yellow cake mix 1 pk Instant vanilla pudding 1 c Milk 3/4 c Oil 1 c Nuts; chopped 4 Eggs 1 pk (6 oz) chocolate chips 1 German chocolate bar Mix together cake mix, pudding, milk and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 5 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
