Corn Jalapeno Casserole

2 lb Ground meat 1 cn Whole kernel corn; drained 1/2 c Chopped jalapeno peppers 1 Egg 1 c Bread crumbs 1 md Onion; chopped 1 md Bell pepper; chopped 1 pk Cheddar cheese; (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1. Starting at the top, combine all ingredients (mixing well after each addition) except Cheddar cheese. 2. Season to taste. 3. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese. 4. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
