4 c Cubed cooked potatoes 1/2 c Chopped green bell pepper 2 tb Chopped onion 1/3 c Margarine Salt and pepper 4 Eggs 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese; -shredded (Cracker Barrel Brand) Cook potatoes, green pepper and onion in margarine until lightly browned.
