Cranberry Conserve

         Yield: 60 Servings

1 qt Cranberries 2/3 c Cold water 2/3 c Boiling water 1/4 c Seeded raisins 1/2 lb Walnuts 1 Orange 1 1/2 lb Sugar Pick over and wash cranberries. Add water and boil until skins break. Add raisins, orange (thinly sliced and cut into small pieces) and sugar. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Add nut meats that have been cut into small pieces. Cool slightly. Pour into jars. Seal with paraffin wax. Recipe by: Vivian Levya
