Creole Black Beans

1 lb Smoked sausage; cut into 1" -slices (up to 2) 3 cn (15 oz) black beans; drained 1 1/2 c Onions; chopped 1 1/2 c Green pepper; chopped 1 1/2 c Celery; chopped 3 Cloves garlic; minced 2 ts Leaf thyme 1 1/2 ts Leaf oregano 1 1/2 ts White pepper 1/4 ts Black pepper 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper 1 Chicken bouillon cube 5 Bay leaves 1 cn (8-oz) tomato sauce 1 c Water Hot boiled rice Brown sausage in a skillet over med. heat. Drain fat and transfer to crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8 hrs. or on high 4 hrs. Remove bay leaves. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 6 to 8.
