Crispy Popcorn

-----------------------------------SYRUP----------------------------------- 1 c Brown sugar; packed 1 c King syrup 1/2 c Butter or margarine 12 c Popcorn 2 c Nuts Heat oven to 250 degrees. Spray a jelly roll pan with Pam. In a 3-quart saucepan combine the first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for the next five minutes. Remove from the stove and mix with the popcorn and nuts. Pour in the jelly pan and bake for 45 minutes. Stir with a spatula every 15 minutes.
