2 lb Beef round 4 Thick slices of bacon 1 Carrot 1 Onion 2 Cloves garlic 1/2 c Vinegar Oil Salt and pepper 1. To dress the steak, make small incisions in the meat and insert pieces of carrot and bacon. 2. Fry the steak until golden on both sides. Add sufficient water and cook with the garlic, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper until the meat softens. 3. Once cooked and cooled, slice the meat into strips and serve it with a salad or cooked vegetables.
