Dip for Poached Shrimp

1 Or 2 sl Fresh ginger root 2 ts Sugar 2 ts Vinegar 4 tb Soy sauce 1. Mince ginger root; then blend well with remaining ingredients. 2. Serve in a dip dish. VARIATION: For the ginger root, substitute 1/2 teaspoon horseradish.
