2 c Flour 1 ts Salt 3 ts Baking powder 2 tb Shortening 1 c Milk Sift to-gether flour, salt and baking powder.Cut in shortening . Gradually stir in milk and mix till smooth. Drop by tblsp. on hot stew, cover tightly and cook 10-12 min. without lifting cover.
