Featherbed Eggs

6 sl Bread Butter 8 sl Canadian bacon 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; grated 6 Eggs 1 1/2 c Milk Basically you take 6 slices of bread, butter them, lay them at the bottom of a shallow baking dish, put some Canadian bacon on top of the bread, then some grated cheese (1 1/2 cups) on top, then mix 6 eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk, pour over the mixture, and let sit overnight. In the morning put it in a cold oven, and cook at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. Recipe by: Cynthia Colmenero
