Festive Egg Dip

8 oz Package cream cheese 3 Hard-cooked eggs; fine chop 1 tb Chopped chives 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Milk 2 tb Mayonnaise 1 ts Prepared mustard 1/8 ts Pepper Combine cream cheese and milk in a small mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy. Add remaining ingredients, mixing until light and fluffy. Serve with fresh vegetables. Yield: 2 cups.
