Festive Macaroni Shrimp Salad

5 c Water 1 1/2 lb Shrimp 3 3/4 c Corkscrew macaroni-uncooked 1 pk Chinese pea pods - 6 oz 1/2 c Water chestnuts; sliced, -Drained 1/2 c Mayonnaise 2 tb Parsley; chopped 1 1/2 tb Pimiento; chopped 1/8 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper; coarsely ground Bring water to a boil - add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes - drain well, rinse with cold water and chill. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain - rinse with cold water and drain again. Cook pea pods according to package directions - drain, set aside. Combine shrimp, macaroni, pea pods and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, toss lightly until well coated - may add more mayonnaise if needed. Chill at least 6 hours.
