1 Egg white 4 tb Sugar Fruit of choice** **Red apples, plums, grapes, orange segments; careful not to split skin or frosting melts. Whip egg white until frothy but not stiff. Dip each piece of fruit (washed and dried) into egg whites (or paint egg white on with pastry brush), then roll lightly in sugar. Arrange on large flat dish and chill so frosting can harden.
