Gemelli with Feta,mint&olives

16 oz Gemelli or penne 4 oz Feta cheese; crumbled 1/2 c Kalamata olives; sliced 1/2 c Mint leaves; chopped 2 tb Extra virgin olive oil 1 tb Lemon juice 18 ts Ground black pepper 1 oz Fresh spinach; stems -removed& torn In a large saucepot,prepare pasta as label directs. Meanwhile combine cheese,olives,mint,olive oil,lemon juice and pepper. Drain pasta,return to pot, Add the cheese mixture and spinach;toss well. Recipe by: Good Housekeeping
