Goldsboro Coleslaw

1 sm Cabbage 1 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 c Onion; finely chopped Salt and pepper; to taste Remove core of cabbage and any tough or blemished outer leaves. Cut cabbage in half and shred fine.
