1 Recipe for green pasta dough 2 lb Ricotta cheese 3/4 c Chopped walnuts 8 lg Basil leaves 1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese; grated Salt; pepper, to taste 1 pn Walnut 1. Mix all ingredients 2. Roll out dough very thin n.6 in the machine 3. Fill raviolis, baste edges with egg white 4. Press to adhere. 5.
