1 tb Granulated garlic 1 tb Onion powder 1 tb Chili powder 1 tb Paprika 1/2 tb Lemon peel 1/2 tb Orange peel 1/2 tb MSG (optional) 1/2 tb Cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients and mix well. sprinkle on meat (ribs, shoulders, pork chops, chicken, steaks, brisket, fish, etc.) and let set for at least 1/2 hour before cooking.
