1 1/2 lb Lamb 1 c Olive oil 1/3 c Lemon juice 2 Garlic cloves 1 ts Thyme 1 ts Salt 1 ts Pepper 1/2 c Yogurt 1/2 Eggplant 1 Green pepper 1 Onions Cut lamb in cubes and marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and yogurt for 2 to 24 hours. Alternate on skewers eggplant, green pepper, and onions. Cook rare. 2 servings
