---Small Loaf--- 1 c Mashed potatoes 2 tb Olive oil 1 1/2 c All-purpose flour; -unbleached 3/4 ts Salt 1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast ---Large Loaf--- 2 c Mashed potatoes 1/4 c Olive oil 2 c All-purpose flour; -unbleached 1 1/4 ts Salt 2 ts Active dry yeast Place mashed potatoes into machine baking pan, add oil.
