Judy's Banana Rum Coconut Tart

5 oz Pkg Grated) 4 1/2 oz Granulated Sugar 4 1/2 oz Butter 3 Eggs 1/4 c Pastry cream 1 Ripe 1 Capful 1 Pate Sablee or Pate Brisee Tart shell Powdered Sugar -- for Garnish Grated coconut -- (or fresh Mashed banana Dark rum Method: Cream butter in mixing bowl. Add sugar & coconut. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add pastry cream, bananas & mix. Add rum & mix. Pour into Pate Sablee or Pate Brisee tart shell and bake at 350 for 30-35 min, or until done.
