Lemon Lime Tart

Tart crust Juice of 1 lemon (4-5 Tbls Juice of 1 lime (3-4 Tbls.) 2 Eggs 1/2 c Sugar 2 tb Melted butter Prepare tart crust. Combine lemon & lime juices in a small bowl. Strain out pulp, if desired. Beat eggs until light in med bowl. Add sugar & continue beating while adding melted butter & juices. Gently pour into prepared crust. Bake at 400 until tart is golden on top but still quivers in center, 30 minutes. Remove from oven & cool at room temperature for 1 hour. Tart will firm up. Either serve at room temp or chill 1 hour. Best if served same day.
