1/4 c ONION, CHOPPED 1/2 c CELERY, CHOPPED 2 tb BUTTER 2 ts LEMON PEEL, GRATED 1/2 ts SALT 1/2 ts PAPRIKA 1/4 c SOUR CREAM 2 1/2 c SOFT BREAD CRUMBS. COOK ONION AND CELERY IN BUTTER TILL TENDER, 5 MINUTES. MIX LEMON RIND, SALT, PAPRIKA AND SOUR CREAM, MIX WELL. ADD BREAD CRUMBS AND STIR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. POUR SAUTEED ONIONS AND CELERY MIXTURE OVER THIS AND MIX WELL. MAKES ENOUGH TO STUFF 2 POUND FISH
