1/3 c Orange marmalade 1/4 c Orange juice 2 (16-ounce) cans pear halves Combine marmalade, orange juice, and pears in a large skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring gently. Spoon pears and juice into individual serving bowls. Yield: 6 servings.M DIRECTIONS: Combine marmalade and orange juice in an 8-inch square baking dish. Arrange pears, cut side down, in dish. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 2 minutes, basting pears occasionally with juice mixture. Spoon pears and juice into individual serving bowls.NOTE: Cooked pear mixture may be refrigerated overnight and served cold.
