Mary's Hoisin Chicken

6 Chicken breast halves -without skin 1/4 c Hoisin sauce 1/4 c Plum sauce 1/4 c Soy sauce 1 md Piece fresh ginger root; -thinly sliced 1 Lime; juice of * 3 tb Cornstarch Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken; coat well and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low. Serve with rice. Recipe by: Mary Spero
