Yield: 4 Servings
2 c Dry rice 2 c Sour cream 2 cn (6-oz) green chiles 10 oz Monterrey jack cheese; -grated Fresh parmesan cheese; -grated Cook the rice. While still hot, add sour cream, chiles, and Monterey Jack cheese. Put into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
