2 Egg whites 2/3 c Sugar 1 c Nuts; (optional), chopped -fine 1 c Chocolate chips; (optional) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually, fold in nuts and chips. Drop by teaspoon on to foil lined cookie sheets. Put in oven , close door and turn off oven. Leave all night , DO NOT PEEK IN OVEN OR OPEN THE DOOR!. You can freeze unbaked dough for up to nine months or baked cookies for up to six months.
