One-Step Lasagne

1 1/2 c Water 31 oz Spaghetti sauce; (2 jars) 16 oz Lasagna noodles; uncooked 15 oz Ricotta cheese 8 oz Mozzarella cheese; shredded 1/2 c Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Combine the water and the sauce. Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with 1 1/2 cup of sauce. Arrange single layer of noodles over the sauce, overlapping slightly. Cover the noodles with 1/2 of the ricotta cheese and then 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese. Top with 2 T. parmesan cheese. Repeat these layers ending with 1/4 cup of parmesan. Bake for one hour or until set. Let stand covered for 10 minutes. NOTES : This is a meatless recipe, but you could cook one pound of hamburger and add it to the sauce. Recipe by: Ruth Donahue
