1 c V8 Vegetable Juice 1/2 c Orange marmalade 1 tb Dijon-style mustard In 1 1/2 quart saucepan, combine "V8" juice, marmalade and mustard. Over medium-high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring often. Use sauce to baste chicken, pork chops or turkey cutlets during the last few minutes of broiling or grilling. Makes about 1 cup sauce.
