Parsnip Salad

1 1/2 c Grated parsnips 1/2 c Chopped celery 1/4 c Chopped green pepper 1/2 ts Parsley flakes 1/3 c Mayonnaise 1 tb Salad oil 1 tb Vinegar 1 ts Lemon juice 1/2 ts Salt Combine parsnip, celery, green pepper and parsley in bowl. Mix mayonnaise, salad oil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt together in measuring cup or bowl. Pour over parsnip mixture. Toss lightly. Serve.
