Pasta with Gorgonzola and Walnuts

1 Jar double cream 1 tb Garlic 4 oz Blue or gorgonzola cheese Salt & Pepper to taste 4 oz Chopped walnuts or pecans Heat all the ingredients except the walnuts into a smooth sauce. Add the sauce to your hot pasta,then stir in the walnuts.
