Pepper and Herb Marinade

1/2 c Lemon juice 1/3 c Vegetable oil 1 tb Instant minced onion 1 Clove garlic, finely minced 1 tb Sugar 2 ts Tabasco sauce 2 ts Chicken or beef bouillon 1 ts Dried thyme 1/4 ts Oregano dried In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine ingredients. Add chicken, beef or pork. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade. Grill or barbeque as desired, basting with marinade.
