1 md Onion; minced 2 tb Butter 1 cn Condensed consomme; (10 1/2 -oz.) 2/3 c Water 1 c Raw regular rice Saut? onion in butter until golden. Combine consomm? and water. Bring to a boil. In an oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole combine all ingredients. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until rice feels tender and all water is absorbed. Fluff up rice with fork.
