6 md Potatoes; boiled until -tender 1/4 c Butter or margarine 2 Beaten egg yolks Salt and white pepper Nutmeg Preheat oven 400 degrees . Pass potatoes through a food mill or ricer. Add butter, seasonings, and egg yolks while potatoes are hot. Put the mixture in a pastry bag with a star tube. Squeeze out onto cookie sheet into desired shapes. You may brush lightly with egg wash for greater browning. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve at once.
