Yield: 8 Servings
1/2 c Butter 1 c Packed brown sugar 1 3/4 -(up to) 2 c Confectioner's sugar 1/4 c Milk 1 ts Vanilla Melt butter & add sugar; boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk & bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Sift confectioner's sugar & gradually add to butter mixture. Beat until thick enough to put in pan (for candy) or spread on cake.
