Shrimp Creole - Alaska Sea

2 tb Oil 1 c Celery; diced 1 md Onion; chopped 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Chili powder 1 c Tomato juice 1 tb Vinegar 1/2 ts Sugar 1 c Shrimp; cooked 1 1/2 c Rice; cooked Saute celery and onion in oil. Add salt, sugar, chili powder, vinegar and tomato juice. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add shrimp and rice; heat well. Recipe by: Alaska Sea simmer
