Shrimp in Garlic-Wine Sauce
Yield: 4 Servings
2 lb Fresh shrimp; cleaned and -deveined 1/4 c Olive oil 4 Garlic cloves; finely -chopped 1/2 c Packed freshly chopped -parsley 1/2 c Dry white wine Salt and pepper to taste Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add parsley and shrimp and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add the wine and cook until the shrimp are done, about 3-5 minutes (do not overcook). Add salt and pepper to taste.
