Six Layer Dinner

2 c Carrots; sliced 2 c Raw potatoes; sliced 1 c Celery; chopped 2 c Ground beef 1 c Onions; sliced 1 c Green peppers; chopped fine 2 c Cooked tomatoes Salt and pepper Recipe by: The Palm Schwenkfelder Church Cookbook Place in layers in greased shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. May be prepared ahead. Can be frozen. Recipe from Joan Macomber. Typed by Lynn Thomas. It looks terrible but tastes wonderful!
