Spring Herb Dip

-Karen Thackeray 1 c Mayonnaise * 1/3 c Scallions; sliced 1/3 c Parsley sprigs 1/2 Clove garlic 1 ts Wine vinegar; or lemon juice *You may use any kind of mayo (reduced calorie, fat free, or regualr) In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover; chill. Serve with cut-up vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
