Squash So Good

         Yield: 6 Servings

1 lb Yellow or zuchinni squash; -diced 1/2 c Green pepper 1/2 c Onion; diced Salt and pepper (generous -sprinkling) 1 Stick butter 1 ts Sugar 1/2 c Salad dressing 1/2 c Pimiento 1 Egg; beaten 1/2 c Sharp cheese; grated Cook vegetables with salt and pepper in water to cover until tender. Drain and add other ingredients. Mix together well and pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
