Sunflower Loaf

1/2 c Sunflower seeds; ground 1/2 c Bread crumbs 1 c Walnuts; ground 1/2 c Potato, raw; grated 1 ts Salt 1 c Soy milk 3 tb Onion; grated 1 tb Oil Mix all ingredients well. Let stand covered for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. From DEEANNE's recipe files
