Swedish Cream

         Yield: 6 Servings

1 pk Instant vanilla pudding (3/4 -oz.) 1 1/2 c Cold milk 1 c Plain yogurt 1/8 ts Almond extract 2 c To 3 c Fresh strawberries, -raspberries, or blueberries In a mixing bowl, wisk together first 4 ingredients. Place berries in dessert cups and top with cream mixture, or layer berries and cream in parfait glasses. Yield: 4-6 servings.
