1/2cChopped mushrooms (opt)
1/4cFlour
1/4tsPepper
1/2tsPoultry seasoning
1/2cSoy milk or water (filling tastes much richer with soy milk)
1pkExtra-firm tofu, drained, patted dry and cut into cubes (10.5 oz or 16 oz)
