Tomato Sandwich Hors D'oeuvres

8 tb Deviled ham 3 tb Mayonnaise 1/2 ts Minced onion 4 lg Tomatoes Parsley Combine the ham, mayonnaise and onion. Rinse, dry and cut each tomato into four 1/4 inch crosswise slices. Spread deviled ham mixture on half the tomato slices and top each with a second tomato slice to make sandwiches. Garnish with mayonnaise and a sprig of parsley and serve as a first course.
