Vidalia-Swiss Dip

1 md Vidalia onion; chopped 3 c Swiss cheese; shredded 1 c Mayonnaise; (low-fat ok) 1 tb Dijon mustard 1/8 ts Pepper Recipe by: Beverly Wills <bwills@CCSMTP.REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL> Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
